The Artisan-Sorcerers

If you'd like to learn more about one of the locations chiefly associated with the Caldy fae, then this video is for you. It brings together a collection of photographs taken by Adele and Richard Cosgrove-Bray, on location in Stapledon Woods on Caldy Hill on the Wirral peninsula. You will see ancient trees, rock formations, the faerie pond, mysterious rock carvings, and from the hill's summit you can see over West Kirby village out to Hilbre Island, Middle Eye and Little Eye, and the sandbanks where the Dee selkies bask in the sunshine. These locations are used in several of the Artisan-Sorcerer novels and short stories.

One of the Artisan-Sorcerer novels' covers has been selected to take part in a 'cover of the month' competition. If you'd like to add your vote for 'Fabian', then please click on the link: https://allauthor.com/cover-of-the-month/21180/

Here is a new video to introduce the Artisan-Sorcerer novels and short stories. This video was created using Canva and AI, the AI section being under close and detailed direction to ensure the imagery is correct. So, here you can see Morgan with his two Irish wolfhounds. They are standing in the communal lounge in the Artisan-Sorcerers home in Aigburth, Liverpool. Note the paintings on the walls - Scottish scenery painted by Bethany and Jim - and one of Fabian's masks over the fireplace. Bethany's patchwork cushions can clearly be seen. The shelves crammed with books and CDs/DVDs are as decribed in the novels, and the chess board is also referenced.

The first draft of the 5th Artisan-Sorcerer novel is now finished. There's a lot of work to be done yet, like editing and re-writes, but the manuscript is coming together. In other related news, in progress is a collection of short fiction. These stories feature some of your favourite Artisan-Sorcerers plus other characters from the series. Some of these short works have been published traditionally in paperback form before, while some have been published in various ebooks by the author. This new project intends to bring them all together in one collection, and this will become available in both paperback and ebook formats. A title and book cover have yet to be finalised.
